About Us
Dr. William A. Taylor Jr. was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and moved to New York at age 7. He graduated from Hampton Institute, now known as Hampton University, in Virginia in 1979.
Dr. Taylor taught High School in Newport News for a number of years before going to dental school. He attended Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, and graduated in 1989.
Dr. Taylor did an advanced General Dentistry residency at Howard University from 1989-1990. He currently, in addition to private practice, does nursing home and home-bound dentistry in Washington, D.C., and Maryland. He is a member of the ADA, AGD and NDA. His hobbies include coaching girls basketball and Masters competitive swimming.
